Chocking hazard

My son is special need within 2 minutes. He unscrewed the back part and and put the battery in his mouth. There other other small parts that come apart with the battery as well.

Battery overheating

The battery is overheating and it is not vibrating.

Not super safe for younger kiddos. Battery heated up after minimal use.

We got this for my son for Christmas. When he first got it he used it a handful of times and really liked it. Then he seemed uninterested so we put it up for a bit. We recently got it back out for him and after 15 minutes or so he brought it to me and it had stopped vibrating. We changed the battery and nothing happened. I thought maybe I was putting it back together wrong so I let my son's speech therapist look at it. While she was trying to put it back together and figure out why it stopped to begin with the battery got super hot and burnt her finger. I'm assuming there was some kind of short in it which caused it to malfunction and the battery to get hot. Aside from that, I didn't love how it turned on to begin with. You have to twist the bottom but that's also how you open it to change the battery so if a child starts twisting it, the pieces and battery can very easily fall out for a child to get.
