This product fits like a sleeve around the mattress. It’s difficult to get the placement correct with just one person. BUT Once it’s there, it’s on. Child can still get in and out of bed. Child can still turn over. It was fantastic to see the child who normally meanders in a circle stay in the same spot for nearly five hours- THE FIRST NIGHT! He did roll from side to side, but did not do the standard rotation which ultimately caused the waking.

My son has slept with my husband and I for as long as I can remember, usually waking up multiple times a night. He is 10 and has Williams Syndrome and sensory issues. Now he is excited to sleep in his bed with his hug sheet. I never thought this was possible but he loves it and asks for it if I'm washing it. He still wants 5 blankets piled on top of him but at least he's in his own bed.

I bought one of these for my sensory grandson. It was too hot, during the summer, for his weighted blanket and he kept throwing it off. He loves this substitute! As an aside, the younger sibling (age 3) loved it so much, we ended up getting another for him!

My son does get cold if he is just using this but if he actually wore warm pajamas I think he would be fine. I use this and a warmer blanket. It basically reminds me of swim suit material. Will work great in the summer. My son still moves around a lot in his sleep but his blankets stay on so he doesn’t wake up from being cold
